What is Virtue?
Virtue is a Dubai-based real estate brokerage that gives individuals and businesses the tools, training, AI-powered MLS system, and developer connections to earn commissions by referring clients to the UAE property market. No real estate licence is required to join as an introducer.
Who can become a Virtue introducer?
Anyone with a network of potential property investors. Our introducers include financial advisors, immigration consultants, relocation specialists, corporate executives, and private individuals from around the world. There is no requirement to be based in the UAE.
How do commissions work?
When a client you refer completes a property purchase through one of our developer partners, a commission is paid on the deal (typically 5% of the property value). You keep 80% of that commission. For example, on a $500,000 property, the commission would be $25,000 and your share would be $20,000.
How much does it cost to join?
Virtue is completely free to use and by creating an account you have full access to our portal. We charge a one time success fee of 2,000 USD upon your first deal for the work and assistance we give as you start off your journey. From that point onwards the 80% commission is entirely yours to keep and our 24/7 assistance is there to stay.
What does the portal include?
The Virtue portal gives you access to: every UAE development and developer through our AI-powered MLS system, marketing materials and sales collateral from leading developers, training courses and video tutorials, a client submission pipeline to track referrals from introduction to completion, a commission dashboard showing earnings and deal progress, 24/7 founder support via WhatsApp and scheduled calls, a membership loyalty rewards programme, and trusted introducer agreements with full legal protection.
Which developers do you work with?
We work with leading UAE developers including Emaar Properties, Damac Properties, Meraas, Nakheel, Aldar Properties, Sobha Realty, Azizi Developments, Omniyat, Binghatti, Danube Properties, and many more. Our developer network covers off-plan projects, ready properties, luxury villas, and apartment developments across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Ras Al Khaimah.
How and when do I get paid?
Commissions are paid once the property transaction is completed and the developer releases the commission payment. Payment timelines vary by developer, but typically range from 30 to 90 days after the sale closes. Payments are made directly to your bank account.
Do I need a real estate licence?
No. As an introducer, you are referring clients, not acting as a licensed broker. You do not need a RERA licence or any real estate qualification. Virtue handles the compliance and regulatory requirements on the brokerage side.
How do I submit a client?
Log into the Virtue portal and navigate to the Client Updates section. Fill in your client's details (name, contact information, budget, and any notes). Our team will follow up with the client and keep you updated on the deal progress through the portal. You can track every stage from referral to completion.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes. You can cancel your membership or delete your account at any time. Any commission owed to you from completed deals will still be paid regardless of your membership status. The team will also do a review of your status and progress every 6 months to ensure your experience is going well and whether Virtue is still a good fit for yourself.
What training is provided?
The portal includes a library of courses and video tutorials covering: the Dubai property market, how to identify and qualify potential buyers, understanding off-plan vs. ready properties, golden visa pathways through property investment, and effective selling techniques. New content is added regularly.
